EasyBox

Compact but powerful, Easybox manages all operations autonomously: part change, pallet change, clamp change, tool change, program change.

EasyBox is equipped with a vertical storage system, a magazine with max capacity of 12 drawers.

Each drawer has dimensions of 600 x 800 mm and can loading capacity up to 250 kg, granting a large and full autonomy of automation system

As standard equipment, EasyBox is offered with Robot Efort or Fanuc, both with loading capacity of 70 kgs. However, we can consider the installation of a different product based on Customer's needs.

The safety area of EasyBox, where the robot operates is resctricted by a modular system of panels.

The use of doors and walls is developed considering the customer's needs and the layout of the working area.

The standard version is supplied with aluminum panels and metal mesh (aluminum and polycarbonate panels are optional).

On the operator side, Easybox is equipped with a compact and simple control panel, easily managed by the operator for programming and scheduling the operations. There is also the entrance for inserting the trays containing the parts to be processed, which will then be extracted from the opposite side by the Robot.

The control panel equipped with a 12,1” touchscreen monitor, includes the unique and intuitive supervisory software, designed and developed by ADMG

It is capable of managing the entire automated area in all its organization and production processes, minimizing the external intervention of the operator. Such a independence allows to reach up to days of machining in autonomy.
